Terms and Conditions – Zilba Lifestyle Footwear Loyalty Program

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in the Zilba Lifestyle Footwear Loyalty Program. By enrolling and participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

This Loyalty Program offered by Zilba Lifestyle Footwear is solely operated and administered by Zilba Lifestyle Footwear. This program explicitly excludes involvement or participation of any third parties or external retailers.

1) Eligibility:

1.1. The Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and have made a purchase at Zilba.

1.2. Employees are not eligible to participate in the Program.

2) Earning Points:

2.1. Participants in the Program will earn 1 point for every dollar spent on eligible purchases at Zilba Lifestyle Footwear.

2.2. Participants can also earn 25 points by following Zilba Lifestyle Footwear on either Facebook or Instagram.

2.3. Additionally, participants can earn 50 points by providing their email address and phone number for marketing communications.

3) Point Redemption:

3.1 Points can be earned when customers purchase products from Zilba Lifestyle Footwear stores and Zilba.au online store.

3.2. Points can be redeemed for a discount on future purchases at Zilba Lifestyle Footwear.

3.3. For every 500 points accumulated, participants will receive a $25 discount off their next purchase.

3.4. Participants must have a minimum of 500 points to be eligible for redemption.

3.5. Points cannot be redeemed for cash and have no cash value.

3.6. Points cannot be transferred between participants or combined with other loyalty accounts.

4) Exclusions and Limitations:

4.1. Points cannot be earned or redeemed for purchases made through third-party retailers or websites.

4.2. Zilba Lifestyle Footwear reserves the right to exclude certain items or promotions from the Program at its sole discretion.

5) Account Management:

5.1. Participants are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date personal information, including email address and phone number, in their loyalty account.

5.2. Zilba Lifestyle Footwear will not be responsible for any lost or misdirected communications or rewards due to incorrect or outdated participant information.

5.2. Zilba Lifestyle Footwear shall not be held liable for any scams, fraudulent activities, or unauthorized actions conducted by any third parties that are not directly affiliated with or controlled by Zilba Lifestyle Footwear. It is the responsibility of the users and customers to exercise caution, perform due diligence, and take necessary precautions while engaging in transactions or interactions with external parties.

6) Termination and Modification:

6.1. Zilba Lifestyle Footwear reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or any aspect of it at any time without prior notice.

6.2. In the event of termination, participants will have 90 days from the termination date to redeem any accumulated points.

6.3. Zilba Lifestyle Footwear reserves the right to terminate a participant's account if any fraudulent activity or abuse of the Program is detected.

6.4 Points will expire if customers account isn’t activated in 24 months.

7) Privacy:

7.1. Participant information collected during the Program will be used and protected in accordance with Zilba's Privacy Policy.

8) General:

By participating in the Zilba Lifestyle Footwear Loyalty Program, you agree to the above terms and conditions. Zilba Lifestyle Footwear reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes through email or by other means deemed appropriate by Zilba Lifestyle Footwear.
